THE PROJECT
Access to Justice Project (AJP) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit law firm based in Charlotte, NC. We offer low and pro bono legal representation and litigate matters of public interest.

We recognize that our legal system is designed to benefit those with the most financial resources, which has had a devastating impact on the most vulnerable and marginalized members of our communities.

This organization was founded in an effort to curb the disproportionate role money plays in the legal system and support our vision to create equal access to quality justice.

Mission Statement: AJP is dedicated to empowering the economically disadvantaged through the provision of quality legal services at low or no cost. We envision a world in which meaningful access to justice is a basic human right respected by all.
